I hope this is able to provide clarity and explanation behind my workflow and payments. Please note that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below:

 

WORKFLOW:

Consult Phase- Explaining the work and what you are looking for. This sets expectations for the work and allows me to get some initial ideas for the work. This is the stage where half of the price of the work will need to be paid.

Sketch Phase- the only time you will be able to ADD or CHANGE any MAJOR part of the piece, such as pose, expression, position of something, composition, etc.

Linework Phase- sketch is approved and ready to be lined. The other half of the payment is due at this time before proceeding.

​

Coloring and Final Touches- the piece is reviewed by the commissioner. Once approved, it is sent to your email.

PAYMENT:

Method 1:

Payment is due at the time of the consultation for the commission. It is required to start work on the piece. The following payment methods are acceptable.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Paypal Goods and Services

• Venmo Business

• Cashapp

• Cashier's Check or Money Order

• Giftcard (Amazon, Spotify, etc)

Method 2:

Purchase directly from my Kofi site and input all information regarding your order there!

This is a good alternative if you do not have any of the aforementioned payment methods or just prefer Kofi in general.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:

Commissions are non-refundable once they have progressed beyond the sketching phase. This includes the linework and coloring stages, as substantial time and effort have already been invested in the work.

 

If a refund is requested before these stages, a partial refund of 50% will be issued at the artist's discretion.

ART BOUNDARIES:

Listed below are my boundaries of what I will and will not draw. Some of these are just plain illegal and I refuse to draw them outright, and some are just not in my comfort level to be doing.

WHAT I ACCEPT:

• Fantasy artwork

• Anthropomorphic artwork

• Human art

• Pet portraits/animal artwork

• Animation requests

WHAT I DO NOT ACCEPT:

I reserve the right to refuse any of the following art commission inquiries:

• Suggestive work that depicts absolutely any kind of minor.

• High detail tech/mecha work since that is not something I am comfortable drawing yet.

• Any type of dangerous, illegal, or harmful fetish (If you send an inquiry regarding anything like this to me you WILL be put on a blacklist)
